Delete your Dresky account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time. There are two ways.

In the app (immediate)

Open Dresky and go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

It is deleted straight away, on your phone and on our servers. If you signed in with Apple, Apple will ask you to confirm it’s you to disconnect Dresky from your Apple ID.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email hola@dresky.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within 30 days at most and confirm when it’s done.

Never signed in? Then your account is anonymous and we can’t tell which one is yours. Delete it from the app, or simply uninstall: unused anonymous accounts are deleted automatically after 90 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and your email.
Your preferences: how your Dresky looks, clothes and colours, settings, saved places and packs.

We keep no copy. Only the servers’ technical logs remain, not linked to your account, and they are removed automatically within 30 days. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, and their receipts stay in your store account.
