These are the rules for using Dresky. They are short on purpose.

Who provides Dresky

Fernando Rodríguez, a developer based in Spain. Contact: hola@dresky.app.

What Dresky is

Dresky suggests what to wear based on the weather forecast. It is a guide: forecasts can be wrong and everyone feels cold and heat differently. What you wear is up to you.

Your account

• The app creates an anonymous account when you open it. You can link it to Apple, Google or your email so you don’t lose your settings.
• You must be 14 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You can delete your account at any time: here’s how.

Purchases

Some clothing packs may be paid. They are bought through the App Store or Google Play, under their terms, prices and refund policies. What you buy is a licence to use that content inside Dresky, tied to your store account.

Dresky’s content

The artwork, the character, the brand and the app belong to Fernando Rodríguez. You can use them inside the app and share the images Dresky makes for you, for example on social media. You may not copy the app, resell it or extract its content.

Fair use

Don’t try to break or overload the service, access other people’s accounts, or use the app for anything illegal. If you do, we may close your account.

Liability

We do our best to keep Dresky working well and always available, but there may be errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you in the app. They are governed by Spanish law, and as a consumer you can also go to the courts where you live.
